Oh, the pain

Shooting pains right about here. I just got back from a massage. This spot felt grainy and stringy. The spot hasn't hurt all day today. I've even tested the spot by holding objects straight out in front of me, or in dead lift position (positions that triggered the pain before). It feels a little tight and the masseuse agrees. Otherwise, it feels fine.
