Cottage Cheese, Avocado, granola. Gronola wasn't labeled, so i'm not sure of the sugar content.
My nutritionist asked me to track my dietary progress, so i've decided to blog my food. fast easy posting from my camera phone. instant databasing and timestamping. Nerdy? Yes. Easier than a journal? Definitely. This was called "Mau's Nutritional Journal", but by popular demand, it's been renamed.
