Today's Summary.

No workout today. I strained something in my shoulder doing the sumo deadlifts the other day. icing and resting. Food today was not planned very well, and it shows. Water was way less than a gallon. Sleep was good and long. 9:30pm - 7:30am. I was tired from the night before (stayed up till 1am). I broke a heavy sweat during the night, and i think that has to do with the late night Sake.
